How to Make Simple Soul Food Cornbread Dressing

Hello everyone! As the holidays are getting closer, I thought it's a good time to share my easy recipe for soul food cornbread dressing! Yes, I have a bunch of cornbread dressing recipes.

Let's start with the basics. You'll need some cornbread for this dressing. You can either make your own using one of my homemade recipes or use store-bought boxed cornbread (no judgment here!).

If you prefer, you can use store-bought boxed cornbread!

I usually use fresh sage in my soul food cornbread dressing, but if you don't have it, ground sage works just fine!

Besides sage, I like to add plenty of onions, celery, and garlic. I cook these vegetables until they're nice and tender, then mix them with the cornbread and other ingredients.
