Asiago Roasted Onions Recipe
Delicious roasted onions with creamy asiago sauce and melted cheese!
Wow, Canadian Thanksgiving is coming up fast! If you need a great side dish for Thanksgiving or any meal, try these yummy asiago roasted onions! It's like a fancy version of cheesy potatoes, but with onions instead. First, you slice the onions into circles, about a quarter-inch thick, and lay them flat in a baking dish to roast a bit. Then, you pour on a mix of cream and cheese, sprinkle more cheese on top, and roast it again until everything is golden and bubbly. The onions get super tender and their sweet and tangy flavor goes perfectly with the creamy cheese sauce. It's a taste explosion!
