Delicious Balsamic Soy Roasted Garlic Mushrooms Recipe

Simple and tasty mushrooms roasted in a balsamic-soy and garlic sauce!
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds of mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce (or tamari)
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon of chopped thyme (or 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix mushrooms with oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.Spread them out on a baking pan in one layer.
Roast in an oven preheated to 400°F/200°C for about 20 minutes until tender, stirring halfway through.
